What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small and medium businesses, typically between 5 and 150 people, that have outgrown ad-hoc IT but cannot justify an enterprise contract. Retail, logistics, professional services and manufacturing operations are the common shapes.
Do we have to move everything to the cloud?
No. Some workloads belong in the cloud, some belong on a machine in your office, and some should stay exactly where they are. The audit exists to work out which is which before anyone commits to a migration.
What does the initial audit cost?
The first conversation is free and usually runs 30 to 60 minutes. If you want a written infrastructure audit with a costed remediation roadmap, that is a fixed-scope package quoted up front.
How do you handle pricing?
Fixed quote per engagement, agreed before work starts. Managed support is a flat monthly fee. No hourly billing surprises and no long lock-in — monthly support can be cancelled whenever you want.
What happens if we already have an IT provider?
We can work alongside them, take over a specific slice such as cloud or IoT, or run the audit and hand them the findings. Plenty of clients keep their existing helpdesk and add us for infrastructure work.
Who owns the infrastructure once it is built?
You do. Everything is provisioned in your own cloud accounts and repositories, with documentation and credentials handed over. If you leave, you keep the whole environment — there is nothing to unwind.
What about data protection and compliance?
We build to least-privilege access, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and can work within GDPR obligations. If you are subject to a sector-specific regime, tell us during the audit and we will confirm whether we can support it.
How quickly can you start?
Audits are usually scheduled within a week. Build work depends on current capacity and is confirmed with a start date in the proposal, not left open-ended.
