Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Services Description

Gleipnix provides Google Workspace automation services, including but not limited to Google Sheets automation, Apps Script development, workflow optimization, and related consulting services. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • •Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
  • •Grant necessary access to relevant Google Workspace resources
  • •Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • •Review and test deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • •Make payments according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and automations created specifically for your project. Gleipnix retains the right to reuse general methodologies, techniques, and non-client-specific code components in future projects.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges and/or suspension of services.

Confidentiality

We will treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

Gleipnix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. For custom development projects, we provide a 30-day warranty period during which we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
